Celery juice is one of the most powerful healing tools I’ve been able to bring to the world. Spreading the word about the juice from this miraculous herb is turning lives around across the globe. Celery contains undiscovered chemical compounds and properties that are improving and helping to reverse chronic illness like never before. You can read Medical Medium Celery Juice: The Most Powerful Medicine of Our Time Healing Millions Worldwide for full details on the many different healing benefits of celery juice, plus how to use it and how it works inside your body.
Many people have benefited from this potent medicinal extraction, but unfortunately there’s also some confusion, misinformation, rumors and myths that could cause some people to lose heart about celery juice and dismiss its worth.
I know there’s a lot of disillusionment about health claims because many people have suffered for years trying one thing after another, searching for something that will give them their lives back. Understandably, many people no longer know what to trust. But celery juice is different to other health trends and theories.
For one, when you buy celery at your local grocery store, or even grow your own, no industries with agendas that aren’t in your best interests or investors profit. Most other health trends are backed by investors and money. There’s an agenda behind making them popular: to make investors money. Celery juice doesn’t help anyone except you and the various farmers who grow celery (who make very little off celery anyway) and the supermarkets and grocery stores that stock it for you. Celery juice is so simple and pure and effective, it threatens to expose other health claims—backed by a lot of power, money and propaganda––that really are just trends.
I can assure you that celery juice is not a trend. It’s a godsend with staying power. More people than ever before in history are dealing with chronic conditions and mysterious symptoms. And with celery juice they are healing and getting better. Celery juice, when consumed in the way I recommend, actually works, and that’s the reason the global celery juice movement is organically growing so rapidly. People are witnessing the healing power of celery juice for themselves and sharing about it, but it’s still important to dispel the misinformation and know the truth about celery juice so that you and your loved ones are not waylaid by the rumors and myths out there and robbed of your right to use celery juice as a healing tool.
Let’s take a look at some of the rumors and myths circulating:
1. You can add other foods, powders or ingredients into the juice.
Celery juice is a powerful elixir that is most potent in a pure, untampered state. Adding things in to celery juice, such as apple cider vinegar or collagen, will ruin the medicinal properties of the celery juice. Additions will damage the purity of this tonic, which is where it power lies, and break apart the undiscovered sodium cluster salts in celery juice that heal your body and kill off the pathogens––viruses and bacteria––that are responsible for countless chronic illnesses and symptoms. To understand how these pathogens cause illness, you can read the true causes of almost 200 symptoms and conditions in Medical Medium Celery Juice. Some industries are trying to take advantage of the celery juice movement to promote their products, and that has led to this misinformation about adding ingredients.
It’s not just products like apple cider vinegar and collagen that shouldn’t be added to celery juice. It’s also lemon juice, carrots, cucumbers, apples, and other fruit, leafy greens or vegetables that shouldn’t be added to your plain celery juice. While fruits, leafy greens and vegetables are incredible healing foods, enjoy them in a separate juice at another time of day, and of course also as snacks, smoothies, fruit bowls, salads, steamed veggies and the like over your day. Keep your celery juice plain.
As your body heals and detoxifies from the celery juice and any other changes you make to your diet based on the Medical Medium book series information, such as those in Medical Medium Liver Rescue: Answers to Eczema, Psoriasis, Diabetes, Strep, Acne, Gout, Bloating, Gallstones, Adrenal Stress, Fatigue, Fatty Liver, Weight Issues, SIBO & Autoimmune Disease, your taste buds will adjust and you may find the flavor becomes more enjoyable for you.
2. There’s no science behind the celery juice movement.
Naysayers like to tear down celery juice by saying that there’s no science behind it. First of all, there’s no science and research behind it because there aren’t huge industries that stand to make money off the celery juice movement. There are many health trends that aren’t backed by science and research—such as collagen, bone broth and kombucha tea—but nobody’s tearing these down for their lack of scientific validation. Celery juice is being attacked because it poses a threat to other industries since nobody can “own” it. The more people drink celery juice, the more they can heal, which equates to less need to buy these other products. That ultimately means less money for those industries. Celery juice is about individuals empowering themselves and healing themselves with what really works and is in their best interests––not the financial interests of investors behind a product such as collagen.
Regardless of whether science has shown celery juice to be beneficial, celery juice is helping people who are suffering heal. And more people than ever are dealing with chronic illness right now, so we need simple, powerful tools like celery juice to address the root cause of these illnesses. For more details on what’s causing the diseases, conditions and symptoms of today, and exactly why celery juice helps them heal, check out Medical Medium Celery Juice.
3. Use celery tablets and celery powder.
You will see celery powder, celery juice powder and celery tablets become increasingly popular as more industries try to capitalize on the celery juice movement. It’s important to know that these products can’t replace fresh celery juice. The medicinal cluster salts in celery juice are suspended in a living solution and cannot stay alive outside freshly juiced celery. The potent enzymes in celery juice will also be ruined in the process of creating a tablet or powder.
4. Coumarins in celery may be toxic to the body.
This is false. In fact, research and science believe that coumarins in other foods may help stimulate the white blood cells that defend against cancer. But researchers have never examined coumarins in celery and celery juice. In celery juice, the coumarins do even more for the body—they are truly powerful. They work so well because of a symbiotic composition that reconstructs, replenishes, rejuvenates and restores the entire white blood cell count (not just the cells that fight cancer), including neutrophils, basophiles, modocites, killer cells and different varieties of lymphocytes. The coumarins also help the liver. And, they protect your skin from toxins and repair and restore damaged skin cells in the dermis. They also help prevent skin disease, skin cancer and scarring. I share exactly what the coumarins in celery juice can do for you in Medical Medium Celery Juice.
5. Celery juice is a diuretic.
No, celery juice is not a diuretic. Celery juice has a very mild diuretic effect (that’s especially minor compared to the diuretic effects of green tea, black tea, coffee or alcohol). Anything that has a high mineral content will encourage your system to flush because trace minerals bind onto toxins, and then your body flushes it out. Celery juice has an extremely high mineral content but its mild diuretic effect is gentle, safe and necessary for eliminating poisons and detoxifying your body. Also, every single fruit, leafy green and vegetable on the planet also has a mild diuretic effect because they all contain minerals and are designed to help detoxify the body. So if you eat any plant at all (unless it’s fried, for example), you’re already experiencing and receiving these mild diuretic benefits.
6. Your elimination will be colorful.
I recently saw something about celery juice turning your stool red. Not true. If you have red stools, you need to check what you’re eating (beets for instance can make your stool red) or talk with your doctor. Celery juice won’t turn your stool red, or purple, or yellow. However, in some cases, if you drink a lot, it may turn your stool slightly green.
7. There’s no fiber so there’s no benefit.
Some people criticize celery juice because the fiber is removed and they think that’s where all the nutrition is. That’s false. With celery, the juice is where the nutrition lies. Celery is like many other herbs in that you extract the medicinal elements from the plant. Nobody has a cup of chamomile tea (which has many known benefits like relaxing the body and nerves) and then opens up the tea bag to eat the contents afterward so they can get their fiber and nutrition fix. Just like you don’t get your fiber from chamomile tea, you don’t get your fiber from celery juice. That doesn’t take away from celery juice being a nutritional powerhouse. You get your fiber from other fruits, leafy greens and vegetables you eat over the day.
8. There’s sugar in the celery juice.
This is a rumor I heard recently, but it’s completely false. Celery juice is a very low calorie and low carbohydrate drink, which means it has almost no sugar in it.
9. Celery juice has nitrates and nitrites.
This is another myth. As I share in Medical Medium Celery Juice, “Celery and celery juice can’t contain any nitrates that are activated or harmful unless the celery has oxidized or been dehydrated. The naturally occurring nitrates in celery don’t exist when the celery or fresh celery juice hasn’t yet oxidized.
When fresh celery juice or celery does oxidize, just as when any herb, vegetable, or fruit oxidizes, then a naturally occurring nitrate can develop. Keep in mind: this naturally occurring nitrate is never harmful in any way, shape, or form and can even be helpful.
Celery juice powder and celery powder have oxidized, so they can contain naturally occurring nitrates that developed through the oxidation process. They’re not harmful nitrates, though. These nitrates are not the same variety of nitrates that are considered to be irritating to some people.
It’s important to know that not all nitrates are the same, just as all people are not the same, all water is not the same, all sugar is not the same, and all protein is not the same. For example, gluten is an entirely different protein from the protein inside meat or the protein inside nuts. Also, the naturally occurring nitrates that can develop in an oxidized form of celery such as celery powder and celery juice powder are not the same as the harmful nitrates that are added to meat and all kinds of other products. Nitrates are different from nitrites; they’re not the same thing. Even celery powder, which does contain naturally occurring nitrates, can’t be relied upon as a method for curing foods such as pickles or meat because it still doesn’t contain nitrites.
Fresh celery juice also doesn’t contain nitrites. Nothing naturally occurring in celery and celery juice is harmful. This is the same for pure celery powder and pure celery juice powder (although I don’t recommend them as a replacement for fresh celery juice as they don’t have the same healing properties). Here’s where the confusion lies: harmful nitrates can be added to celery powder, celery juice powder, or celery salt by a company that makes it or uses it to make another product. Celery gets false blame for harmful nitrates in preserved meats and other products—when the truth is that it’s a classic case of contaminating celery with add-ins. Your fresh celery juice cannot have harmful nitrates in it unless you add them yourself. If you don’t drink fresh celery juice because you believe it contains harmful nitrates or nitrites, then you are going to lose the unique healing opportunity that fresh celery juice—which does not contain nitrates or nitrites—can provide.”

Chronic fatigue syndrome has always been misunderstood by medical communities. What was initially often deemed to be laziness by doctors is actually a very real physical condition. Thankfully, chronic fatigue syndrome is starting to be more validated and recognized today, however medical research and science still don't know the true cause of this condition.
If you experience chronic fatigue, I share the truth about its real cause (whether you have received a diagnosis or not) in Medical Medium Celery Juice: The Most Powerful Medicine of Our Time Healing Millions Worldwide. You'll also find out what's really behind almost 200 other symptoms and conditions, including autoimmune conditions, acne, eczema, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, addictions, eye problems, cysts, fibroids, endometriosis, tingles and numbness, rheumatoid arthritis, ALS, dizziness, fatty liver, weight gain, and much more. You'll also discover exactly how celery juice can help these symptoms and conditions heal and other guidance to help you move forward with healing.
Below is an excerpt from Medical Medium Celery Juice where I share the true cause of chronic fatigue syndrome and how celery juice can help this health problem. For more healing information, you can order your copy of Medical Medium Celery Juice now.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (CFS/ME)
"Some of the newer terms for chronic fatigue syndrome got their names from medical research and science finally recognizing that when people complained about being chronically tired, feeling like their legs were bags of cement, being unable to keep their eyes open and also unable to sleep, and suffering from a host of other symptoms that made it a struggle to function day to day, it was real. As medical communities started to take these complaints seriously, they realized that brain inflammation could be a factor, which is how terms such as encephalomyelitis (brain and spinal cord inflammation) became involved.
Long before the medical establishment recognized CFS, I saw it as an actual illness and described it as neurological fatigue. As I’ve always said, Epstein-Barr virus is the cause. This is true for the millions of people around the world suffering from it. More pronounced cases of ME/CFS are caused by certain strains of EBV that are a little more aggressive and create stronger neurotoxins that inflame the entire nervous system. Neurons in the brain are even affected, causing brain fog, confusion, and difficulty walking with any vigor.
As with any viral infection, celery juice is our best weapon. EBV cannot become immune to celery juice’s sodium cluster salts. Further, people dealing with ME/CFS have compromised immune systems, and white blood cells find peace and solace with the trace minerals that celery juice offers. Its vitamin C also fuels the immune system so it can seek out and destroy the EBV that causes ME/CFS.
You’ll find that most everyone with ME/CFS these days is also diagnosed with Lyme disease. See the connection? EBV is behind both of them and always has been (read Medical Medium Celery Juice for more information on Lyme disease if this is your first time hearing this). They’re mistakenly diagnosed as two separate problems, even though you know now they come from the same source. Celery juice has a profound effect on recovering someone’s nervous system when it’s been compromised and inflamed from EBV, and that makes all the difference whether someone is trying to heal from ME/CFS, Lyme, or both."

Classic French Onion Soup gets a healthy makeover in this recipe, without sacrificing any flavor. This soup is so delicious and satisfying all on its own. Add the optional Cashew Cheese Toast topping and you’ve got a recipe that will wow guests at a dinner party or please everyone around the family dinner table.
Onions have an amazing array of medicinal benefits and are high in vitamin C, folate, biotin, chromium, and calcium. Onions are the richest food source of quercitin, which is a potent antioxidant that has been shown to lower cholesterol, blood pressure and triglycerides as well as help to prevent blood clots, asthma, sinus infections, bronchitis, atherosclerosis, and diabetes. They also contain powerful anti-cancer properties which have been found to help slow and reverse tumor growth within the body.
Onions are particularly beneficial for stomach, colon, prostate, breast, lung, bladder, and ovarian cancer. They contain valuable sulfur compounds that are known to significantly strengthen the immune system, brain, and nervous system. These sulfur compounds also act as a heavy metal detoxifier and can help to safely remove mercury, cadmium, arsenic, and lead from the body. Onions can help to treat colds, coughs, bacterial infections, angina, and bronchial spasms.
French Onion Soup
1/2 tbsp olive oil (optional)
4 medium-sized white or yellow onions, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp fresh thyme, leaves only
2 tbsp coconut aminos (optional)
4 cups/1 liter vegetable broth or water
1-2 bay leaves
1 1/2 tbsp arrowroot starch mixed with 3 tbsp water, to thicken (optional)
Sea salt (optional)
For the topping (optional):
4-6 slices gluten-free bread, toasted
1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked in hot water
1 tbsp arrowroot starch
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup water
Heat oil in a large pot, if using. Alternatively add a couple tablespoons of water. Add the onions and cook on medium-high heat for 25-35 minutes, until dark and caramelized. Add the garlic, thyme, coconut aminos, vegetable broth or water and bay leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add the arrowroot mixed with water and cook for a further 5 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning.
To make the topping, blend the cashews, arrowroot, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, paprika, sea salt and water until smooth. Pour into a small saucepan and whisk on medium-high heat until it gets thick. Remove from heat and set aside.
To serve, ladle the soup into oven-safe bowls. Spoon a few tablespoons of cashew cheese onto a slice of gluten free toast and place on top of the soup. Place in the oven, under the grill and broil for 2-3 minutes until browned. Alternatively, you can broil the cheese-covered toast slices separately on a baking tray and place on top of the soup. Serve immediately.

You have likely heard me talk about this powerful plant medicine before, so you probably know that when I recommend celery juice, I always recommend that you drink at least 16 ounces. Why that number? And why celery juice over raw celery sticks? Today we are going to dive into the answers to these questions by uncovering how celery juice travels through the body, what it encounters along the way, and why this herbal extract is just so important. I will cover the basics here, but my new book Medical Medium Celery Juice: The Most Powerful Medicine of Our Time Healing Millions Worldwide, is a resource for more advanced information on the benefits of celery juice that you won’t find anywhere else.
The Bottom Line
Celery juice is a powerful weapon against chronic illness, and no matter which diet you subscribe to—high-protein, high-fat, animal based, plant based—celery juice applies. Even if you follow the standard American diet and you are eating bagels and sandwiches on the run, adding celery juice on an empty stomach each morning can make a huge difference.
Beware of misinformation about celery juice, however. It is not true, for example, that celery juice contains sugar. Neither is it high in calories. In fact, celery juice is very low in calories and that’s why I recommend eating breakfast, like one of the breakfast recipes I include in the Medical Medium books, 30 minutes or more after your celery juice. It’s not a meal replacement but a medicine before you eat breakfast.
So why is it important to drink celery juice on an empty stomach? If your stomach is full of food, the celery juice you drink becomes diluted while battling all that food in your stomach. On an empty stomach, however, celery juice has a pathway to do the cleansing work it’s capable of. Even eating and drinking celery juice at the same time limits its chances of traveling through the body effectively. It’s also important to drink celery juice away from other liquids, including water. It’s ideal to have celery juice 30 minutes after drinking water or lemon water in the morning, or to have celery juice before water if you wish and then wait 30 minutes to drink your celery juice. There’s additional guidance than what I am sharing here that can help you get the best out of your celery juice and really make sure it works for you. It’s important to be informed so you don’t fall into any of the misinformation out there which is altering celery juice and preventing it from being a true healing tool for anyone who needs it or wants to use it. You can read Medical Medium Celery Juice to know exactly how to drink celery juice and get all your questions answered.
16 Ounces Matters
Your most recent meal isn’t the only obstacle that celery juice faces as it travels through the body. We all have a buildup of toxins and bacteria that we have accumulated from eating toxic foods over time (as well as from other sources). Many times this couldn’t have been helped if we didn’t have access to healthier food options, or no one taught us how to eat differently. So much of the time, people are just eating to survive or eating what’s considered normal or convenient, and, culturally, many of us have been conditioned into eating and living a certain way. But the fact of the matter is, toxins are polluting our bodies—our livers, brains, and circulatory systems.
When you see or hear me recommend at least 16 ounces of celery juice, this is because two or four ounces just isn’t enough to cleanse our bodies of those toxins. It’s a good place to start if you are just beginning to incorporate celery juice into your diet, but building up to 16 ounces over time is important.
When celery juice travels through the body, the first thing it passes through is the mouth, where there are countless bacteria, even after brushing your teeth. Because celery juice is anti-bacterial, it starts fighting these bacteria. Celery juice contains undiscovered sodium cluster salts that fight staph, strep, and other varieties of bacteria and acids that live in the mouth. They strip bacteria of its membranes and neutralize acids before traveling onto the esophagus. Table salt, sea salt, or pink Himalayan salt won’t have the same effect. Not all salts are created equal. The sodium subgroup in celery juice is special and offers unique healing and detoxifying benefits. Our esophagi have different levels of ammonia deposits, as well as other bacteria and acids that have been sitting in the esophagus for years. Again, celery juice works on these to clear your esophagus of toxins.
As celery juice travels to the stomach, it encounters more ammonia, toxic acids, and bacteria like H. pylori. Debris from years of poor eating habits builds up on a ledge right before the duodenum, collecting undigested proteins and fats and stretching the stomach. This sludge, as I like to call it, sits on that ledge year after year. As I share in Medical Medium Celery Juice, celery juice has the ability to neutralize all of that as it passes through the body. This doesn’t happen in just one day, though, which means that it’s not only about drinking enough celery juice (16 ounces), but also about drinking celery juice consistently. The stomach is yet another part of the body where the sodium cluster salts eat away at that sludge. Added to that, there are glands in the stomach that produce gastric acid and hydrochloric acid, both essential to good digestion. Celery juice not only cleanses the stomach but also rejuvenates tired gastric glands—another reason you need more than just four or six ounces.
Once in the duodenum, the sodium cluster salts and other healing properties celery juice offers work toward balancing your pH levels. Balancing your pH matters because everyone is dealing with some acidity, and it’s important to do what you can to bring your body back to a healthy alkaline state. What’s more, there are bacteria in the duodenum such as E.coli, strep, and staph, plus fungus and a host of other invaders that medical research and science have yet to discover. We have good bacteria, too, but what research and science also doesn’t know is that celery juice feeds good bacteria. It is better than any prebiotic on the market. And, when the undiscovered sodium cluster salts in celery juice destroy bad bacteria, the dead bad bacteria also become food for good bacteria.
The Small Intestine
When your 16 ounces of celery juice finally makes it to the intestinal tract there is still so much work to be done. In the small intestine, it will encounter a thick lining of mucus containing more bottom feeders like strep and E.coli, as well as hardened and rancid fats that have built up over the years. These fats often can’t be broken up because of the weakened bile reserves and sluggish livers almost everyone today is dealing with. Foods that are not digested properly leave behind fats and proteins that stick to the sides of our intestinal walls. These reserves harbor disease-causing pathogens that may not affect you when you are 22 or 25 years old, but could really cause health problems for you as you start to get older. You can read Medical Medium Celery Juice to understand just how many symptoms and conditions—that are often labeled autoimmune, genetic or simply misunderstood—are caused by pathogens. Celery juice slowly dismantles this buildup.
Throughout our body we also have excess amounts of adrenaline, whether from stress, fear, constantly juggling the to-do list, or even too much strenuous exercise. This adrenaline is toxic to the liver and the brain. Celery juice fights off this adrenaline within the intestinal tract by binding to it and carrying it out of the body. When celery juice passes through the intestinal tract it then has to find its way to the bloodstream in order to get to your organs—think liver, brain, and gallbladder.
The nutrients in celery juice reach the liver through the hepatic portal vein. It is important to note here that almost everyone has liver issues. Even if you are just experiencing one small symptom, it still can be traced back to the liver. Celery juice has to cleanse the liver of pesticides and toxic heavy metals like cadmium, nickel, and copper, as well as the bacteria and viruses that feed off of them, and perform all of its other undiscovered functions, which I address in detail in Liver Rescue: Answers to Eczema, Psoriasis, Diabetes, Strep, Acne, Gout, Bloating, Gallstones, Adrenal Stress, Fatigue, Fatty Liver, Weight Issues, SIBO & Autoimmune Disease. If you are drinking under 16 ounces, your celery juice just won’t reach all of these areas of the body where there is a buildup of bacteria, viruses and other troublemakers.
Celery juice is also helpful for gallstones and gallbladder health overall. I share what causes gallstones and what impacts gallbladder health in detail in Medical Medium Celery Juice. The sodium cluster salts in celery juice help by restoring bile production, and as bile production increases, it works on breaking down old, rancid fats and proteins and killing off bacteria and viruses that pollute the gallbladder. If it is not cleansed of gallstones and bacteria for starters, the gallbladder can start weighing more and more, putting pressure on other organs and causing additional symptoms.
Apart from traveling via the hepatic portal highway, celery juice also dissolves through the intestinal tract lining to reach the bloodstream and move to the brain. Once there, sodium cluster salts help alleviate brain fog and improve focus. This has an impact on both your emotional and mental health. The reason for this is that sodium cluster salts are essentially complete electrolytes that bring neurotransmitter chemicals back to life. The result is improved focus, clarity, concentration, the neutralization of toxic heavy metals that cause or contribute to a huge number of neurological and other health issues, and the removal of toxins.
This is just some of the ways celery juice works in the body and some of the places it goes to. For a full explanation, it’s important to read Medical Medium Celery Juice.
Important Guidance for Drinking Celery Juice
How you drink your celery juice matters as it will have a direct impact on how effective it is as an herbal medicine to help you and your loved ones with your health. When you are drinking your celery juice, don’t mix anything with it. This includes lemon juice! It’s important to drink it plain. Collagen and apple cider vinegar don’t belong in your celery juice either. These are trends that people are pushing to make money. When these other elements are added to celery juice, they actually prevent celery juice from working properly. What you want is the pure herbal tonic.
You also don’t want the fiber in your celery juice Celery sticks are not the same as drinking celery juice without the fiber. There is nothing wrong with celery sticks—you can add them to your salads or your smoothies, but the medicine to fight against lupus, fibromyalgia, vertigo, hyperthyroidism, weight gain, tingles, numbness, psoriasis, vitiligo, brain fog, anxiety, rheumatoid arthritis, acid reflux, and bloating, to name a few, comes when you drink juiced celery.
Another tip that can help is if you had a high fat dinner—perhaps chicken, soy, nuts and seeds, fried foods, or dessert—you can increase your celery juice intake the next day to help tackle that extra fat in the bloodstream. As soon as you take your first sip of celery juice, you are changing your body chemistry. At this point you might be wondering if 16 ounces is even enough. Perhaps 24 ounces sounds better. I often drink 32 ounces, but what is important to do the best you can and aim to have it daily as much as possible. If you are struggling with the flavor of celery juice, build up your intake slowly. If you need a break one day, take a break and come back to it the next day. Over time your taste buds will adjust and as more toxins are eliminated from your body, the taste of celery juice may become more pleasant to you. I’m so proud of you for doing the work to make and drink your celery juice.
Celery juice can help you strengthen whatever dietary and health practices you are committed to. Freshly juiced celery is best, but if you are buying celery juice at the store, watch out for HPP in pre-bottled juices. This allows them a longer shelf life, but they can’t do a fraction of what fresh celery juice can do. For many more of these tips, check out Medical Medium Celery Juice. I have made it thorough and comprehensive so your questions are answered and you know exactly what’s behind so many symptoms and conditions and how celery juice can help you. Please take this advanced medical information and use it. Celery juice is a preventative tool. The idea is to heal and to move forward, to get yourself and your loved ones better. Autoimmune conditions are some of the most misunderstood illnesses people are getting diagnosed with today. Right now, more illnesses than ever before are being grouped into the autoimmune category, including lupus, Hashimoto’s, Grave’s, Addison’s, Type 1 Diabetes, colitis, vitiligo, celiac, eczema, Graves’, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, Lyme disease, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, alopecia, and many more.
The problem is that the concept of autoimmunity is inherently flawed. Surprised? The truth is that your body never attacks itself. It’s always working for you and loves you unconditionally. There is a real reason for your symptoms and conditions and it’s never been more critical for you and your loved ones to know what that is. That's just some of what I share in Medical Medium Celery Juice: The Most Powerful Medicine of Our Time Healing Millions Worldwide. You'll find out the true causes of almost 200 symptoms and conditions, including autoimmune conditions, and exactly how celery juice can help them heal and other guidance to help you move forward with healing.
Below is an excerpt from Medical Medium Celery Juice where I share the true causes of autoimmune conditions and how celery juice can help them. For more healing information, you can order your copy of Medical Medium Celery Juice now.
"If you’re struggling with a health problem that’s been labeled as autoimmune, it is not the result of your body attacking itself. It is your body going after pathogens. The autoimmune theory took off in the 1950s with no science to prove it, and it still has no scientific support. Yes, autoimmune conditions are serious. Anything labeled autoimmune is serious. These are real symptoms and real illnesses, and people really are suffering. The term autoimmune, though, is a misnomer. If medical research and science were advanced enough when these conditions started to take hold of the population 31 years ago, they would have used the term viral immune instead, because the body is going after invaders, most often viruses.
It’s not doctors’ fault that they tell patients their bodies are attacking themselves. They get stuck in the autoimmune trap. Medical school does not teach physicians what’s really responsible for hundreds of conditions, because these remain scientific mysteries. Since researchers can’t detect what’s really wrong, they conclude it must be someone’s own immune system destroying their organs, glands, or tissue. The most reasonable explanation seems to be that someone’s body must be at fault. If this were true, it would be important to disclose to the patient. It’s not what’s really going on, though, and hearing that your body has turned on you is detrimental to the healing process.
That’s especially true for the younger people receiving autoimmune diagnoses today. The younger you are, the more that message that your body is faulty or destroying itself gets cemented in your sense of self. Hearing, too, that your autoimmune condition is genetic (which isn’t true, either) is a difficult combination. When a young woman walks out of the doctor’s office with a brand-new diagnosis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and the message that her immune system is destroying her thyroid, and that this dysfunction is encoded in the very fiber of her being, recovering from the emotional blow of this mental image adds a whole other level of needed healing on top of getting better from the condition itself.
There’s nothing comforting about an autoimmune diagnosis. The only consolation comes from having your suffering seen, recognized, and given a name. If only medical research and science weren’t baffled by chronic illness and they could tell you: Yes, your suffering is real. What is truly occurring is your body creating antibodies to seek out and destroy pathogens. That is, your immune system is going after a bug. These bugs are so elusive. There are hundreds of varieties of common, everyday viruses, and new mutations appear every year. They wreak havoc in people’s organs and the rest of their bodies, creating a range of autoimmune diagnoses because doctors detect inflammation that they can’t explain.
In cases where researchers think they’ve identified autoantibodies, meaning antibodies created by your immune system to go after your own body, they’re mistaken. They are real antibodies produced by your immune system. They are not produced to attack you, though. They’re produced to attack a virus. Usually, it’s a virus buried too deep in your system for current medical testing to detect.
In truth, it’s those undetected pathogens creating inflammation. It’s not a misfire of the immune system. Nor is it caused by foods that are considered inflammatory. The reason that certain foods lead to inflammation is that they feed the pathogens, and it’s the prospering pathogens themselves that create inflammation. Our immune system’s job is to look out for viruses and bacteria and destroy them. When we have a lowered immune system, that’s a difficult task. Even a lowered immune system doesn’t mean it turns on the body and starts attacking itself, though. There’s always a hidden pathogen.
Anyone suffering with any sort of condition labeled autoimmune is struggling with endocrine system issues as a result. The plant hormones that only celery juice possesses are critical for helping remedy this. These plant hormones enter into every endocrine gland to help support, strengthen, and balance them so they can come out of a hypo or hyper state. This leveling of the endocrine glands, from the adrenals to the pancreas, allows them to produce the proper levels of hormones.
As we established, everyone suffering with an autoimmune condition is also suffering with a viral infection. Some are chronic, low-grade infections from a virus such as Epstein-Barr, and some are more severe infections from a virus such as HHV-6. Some people are struggling with trigeminal neuralgia caused by the shingles virus. Some are suffering with multiple sclerosis caused by EBV. (There used to be just a handful of illnesses deemed to be autoimmune. Now dozens are on the list. This will keep going, so that at some point nearly every condition that’s not understood by medical research and science will be tagged as autoimmune and genetic, without proof to back that up.) In all of these situations and more, celery juice’s sodium cluster salts are the ultimate virus destroyers.
This is why people see their inflammation reduce when they’re on celery juice. Since inflammation is caused by viruses, when cluster salts destroy viral cells’ outer membranes, weakening the cells and driving down their numbers, mysterious inflammation goes down, too. On top of this, cluster salts bind onto the waste matter such as neurotoxins that viruses produce when they feed on toxins such as toxic heavy metals. Viral neurotoxins are another aspect of autoimmune illnesses of which medical research and science are unaware. In reality, they inflame the nervous systems of everyone dealing with autoimmune symptoms. Celery juice’s cluster salts kill off their cause—a viral load—while defusing neurotoxin waste frees up the nervous system so that people can get their lives back.
It’s this potent combination of celery juice’s plant hormones and sodium cluster salts that we can thank for helping people recover from the symptoms that medicine calls autoimmune disease. We’re also going to look more specifically at what medical research and science don’t realize really causes some of the most common autoimmune issues, along with how celery juice can help. Keep in mind that depending on how pronounced your situation is, you may need to incorporate other healing information from the Medical Medium series along with your celery juice."

Women's reproductive health issues have never been more prevalent than they are today. Nine out of ten women are dealing with at least one symptom or condition, such as a cyst, fibroid, menopause symptoms, painful menstrual periods, endometriosis, HPV, breast density, polycystic ovarian syndrome, infertility, or pelvic inflammatory disease. Women are not meant to be suffering with these health issues like they are today.
Thankfully, there are answers here for why these conditions and symptoms develop and healing steps you can take to recover from them. In Medical Medium Celery Juice: The Most Powerful Medicine of Our Time Healing Millions Worldwide, I share the true causes of all of these reproductive issues and many other symptoms and conditions. I also explain how the incredible healing benefits celery juice holds can help you heal these health issues and how to make this special herbal extraction work best for you.
Below is an excerpt from Medical Medium Celery Juice where I share the true causes of two of these conditions––fibroids and breast density––and how celery juice can help them. For more healing information, you can order your copy of Medical Medium Celery Juice now.
"Fibroids in the uterus take various forms, with their cause unknown by medical research and science. The truth is that fibroids are sometimes caused by viruses Relief from Your Symptoms and Conditions 75 such as Epstein-Barr and other times caused by bacteria such as strep. When it’s viral, it’s more of a cystic variety of fibroid, with a rounder shape. When it’s bacterial, it’s more like scar tissue or an adhesion inside the reproductive system. The sodium cluster salts in celery juice seek out and destroy bacteria and viruses, minimizing the pathogenic loads responsible for fibroids while also helping shrink existing fibroids."
"Breast density occurs when the liver has become toxic through the decades. An overburdened, sluggish, stagnant liver filled with a large volume of the troublemakers explored in Liver Rescue bog it down to the point that it’s not able to act as the proper filter it once was. The lymphatic system becomes a secondary filter, which basically means that the breasts become secondary filters, with a lot of toxins accumulating there because of all the lymphatic vessels present. Years of poor diet components and everyday exposures to toxic substances find their way inside breast tissue, creating calcifications and scar tissue. We’re not talking about scar tissue from breast surgery. This is scar tissue from cells not getting enough vital oxygen and nutrients.
Calcium from dairy products is a leading contributor to breast density, because the calcium settles in breast tissue. This is not a healthy calcium; it’s an aggressive calcium that’s antagonistic to women’s health and becomes fuel for pathogens. Toxic heavy metals such as mercury and aluminum settle in the breast tissue, as well. If someone’s diet is not adequately hydrating, then dehydration of breast tissue can occur slowly over time as well, keeping cells from becoming revitalized by critical living water. The Epstein-Barr virus is responsible for more advanced breast conditions and issues.
Celery juice not only cleanses and frees the liver over time, it helps cleanse the lymphatic system as well by bringing in fresh deliveries of living water filled with sodium cluster salts, trace minerals, and phytochemicals to flush out the troublemakers. Rejuvenating the lymphatic system has everything to do with cleaning up breast tissue. Celery juice’s unique travel velocity and saturation rate also mean that it has the ability to find its way through dense, hardened, fibrous breast tissue all the way to the skin. Celery juice provides anti-tumor, anti-adhesion properties."

Celery juice consumed in the proper way is helping millions of people across the globe to heal and improve all kinds of chronic illnesses and symptoms. This special healing practice, originated by #1 New York Times Bestselling Author Anthony William, has exploded into a global movement simply because it works––people are healing.
You’ll hear some sources say that celery juice is mostly water. That misses one of the most critical understandings about this humble herb (yes, celery is an herb) and what it does for our bodies. Yes, celery juice has what we could easily call water. It’s not the water you would fill a swimming pool with, though. It’s not the water you’d put in a fish pond. It’s not the water that comes out of a hose or your faucet or that falls from the sky as rain. It’s simply not water in the way we think of water.
If you hear rumors that drinking a glass of water is basically the same as drinking a glass of celery juice, know that this isn’t true. Celery juice is a healing liquid, a structured tonic that’s filled with the life of the herb and that plant’s life story, energy, and nutrients. As Medical Medium Anthony William shares, “A glass of celery juice is saturated with information. It’s saturated with intelligence. It’s saturated with ample amounts of trace minerals and sodium cluster salts. It’s not even just that, though. The hydrobioactive water in celery juice is organized in such a way that it uniquely suspends those life-giving nutrients and phytochemical compounds so that they’re ready to be delivered to your body. This water is alive and has a system to it, one that will be studied in the years to come.”
